Within 30 days of receipt of shipment by you, you may return unused apparel and jewelry in the condition you received them and you will be eligible for the credit back to your credit card of the purchase price of the product. Customizing fee and shipping fee paid by you will not be refunded. Privilege discounts and any gift certificates you have used in your purchase will naturally not be refunded. (In the case of gift certificates that have been used in the purchase, a fresh gift certificate of the same value with a 30-day validity will be issued to you to help you shop again if you so wish.)

If the returns are made after 30 days, but within 60 days, of receipt of the shipment, you may still return unused apparel and jewelry in the condition you receive them, and you will get store credit for the value of the purchase price less customizing fee, shipping fee, privilege discount and any gift certificates/coupons used as mentioned in point 1 above. The store credit will be valid for a year.

Returns will not be accepted for refunds after 60 days from the date you receive the shipment. And should you return it to us beyond this time period of 60 days, while no refund will be made, you will have the option to take it back with shipping being payable by you. You will have a month to exercise this option to get the ineligible returns back.

The Returns policy applies only to destinations in the USA.

Packing the Returns

The package should be securely packed, and sent by Post Office(USPS) Priority mail (3-5 business day delivery) to the below mentioned address.

Please send your returns via USPS paying shipping. If shipping paid by you is over $6.50, we will meet the excess over $6.50 paid by you by including it in the amount refunded to you.
